Veteran makes buying a home, inexpensive...

Congrats to Frank, one of our clients that just purchased a home this week. Frank is a Navy Veteran and took advantage of the No Down Payment feature of VA financing. Unfortunately for Frank, he is also disabled. However, that allowed him to obtain his VA financing with no Funding Fee and after settlement, he can apply to the State of PA to have his real estate taxes waived while he lives there. (This varies from State to State, but most States allow). VA home loan financing still exists and can be an excellent tool for qualified Veterans to use when buying a home.
