Home purchased with No Down Payment...

Congrats to Jenn and her new home this week. Another lender "nixed" this loan, so happy we could make it happen for her. She purchased this home with less than $1600.00 out of pocket (total!), no down payment and her total home payment with taxes is under $650/month with a safe, fixed, 30 year loan. Are you kidding me! Who says renting is better? Get real.   By the way, Jenn the home-buyer is 21 years old and BIG thanks to our Ops staff that figured out how to underwrite this loan, quickly, and get it to the table. And also to the LO at the other mortgage shop that was brave enough to know that just because she couldn't, didn't mean someone else couldn't. Give her a lot of credit, many LO's don't have the guts to truly look out for their customers.
