Best read of the year...

This is one of those books that just screams at you with relevance, if you are into sales, marketing, networking and growing a business... The Seven Levels of Communication by Michael Maher.  Maher is a Realtor himself and thru a story, he tells how to develop a farm thru fertilization and nurturing that fees you for as long as you pay attention to it.  Developing a farm that reaps a harvest is more profitable and more sustainable than continuing to be a hunter and continuously looking for the next kill.  Maher himself earns over 500 referrals (not leads, real referrals) and he tells us how thru his well written story.  Once again, this is a must read for anyone in sales, marketing, networking and looking to grow and improve their business.
